Trend and Momentum
Observe direction, momentum change, trend strength, and overbought or oversold state. ADX describes strength only; direction must come from +DI / -DI or another formal direction condition.
Sun-BD calculates trend and momentum, price structure, volume flow, and volatility risk separately. Each indicator family is interpreted by its formal rule before multi-period relationships become strategy decisions.
You can see what each value answers and how it enters a custom subject strategy, backtest, and simulated-trading workflow.
The system does not drop every number into one black box. It preserves formal fields, applies the proper family rule, and only then moves into strategy logic and evidence.
No one indicator should carry the entire decision. Understand its role before assigning it as a direction, confirmation, structure, or risk condition.
Observe direction, momentum change, trend strength, and overbought or oversold state. ADX describes strength only; direction must come from +DI / -DI or another formal direction condition.
Compare price with the traded center, structural levels, and volatility bands. DiffRatio is a formal system field; its name alone does not prove that its unit is a percentage.
Observe active buy/sell differences, cumulative price-volume direction, and relative volume state. VolumeMA Ratio primarily describes volume state and should not stand alone as long/short direction.
Describe movement magnitude, volatility clustering, and the risk environment. Most volatility values do not contain Buy or Sell direction and work best beside a direction gate.
A short period can trigger, a middle period can confirm, and a long period can provide context or a risk boundary. Actual availability follows each technical value’s current formal fields; not every indicator exists on every timeframe listed here.
More periods are not automatically better. What matters is a clear role for each period and use of fields the current system actually provides.
Similar names do not imply equal units or directional meaning. These six boundaries prevent the most common misreadings.
Trend, turning-point, and volatility settings first create the subject direction. The three new first-entry pages then verify environment and trigger behavior. Stop, target, add, and reduce settings manage the position afterward.
Build direction and confirmation relationships from families such as MACD-Z, ADX / DI, and VADZ.
Use VWAP, PivotPoints, Bollinger Bands, RSI, or KD to describe location and turning conditions.
Describe the risk environment with GARCH, EWMA, MAD, or variance, then pair it with direction conditions.
Start from formal fields, assign indicator families and timeframe roles, and continue through custom strategy, individual backtest, AI analysis, and simulated trading.
